Position Overview

The Production Warehouse & Inventory Manager is responsible for owning and managing all warehouse operations and inventory systems. This role ensures all equipment is organized, accurately pulled and packed, and is show-ready for every event.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct warehouse staff in daily operations

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization

• Oversee gear prep, picking, and packing for events

• Coordinate truck loading, logistics, and scheduling

• Manage post-event returns, inspection, and restocking

• Develop and maintain warehouse systems and processes (SOPs)

• Ensure equipment is maintained and show-ready at all times

• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and ready-to-go fleet

Required Skills

• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to plan ahead and manage multiple priorities

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt under pressure

• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to lead and direct others effectively

• Experience with inventory systems or ability to learn quickly

• Understanding of logistics, workflow, and efficiency

Preferred Experience

• Prior warehouse experience

• Live event production, AV, or staging experience

• Experience driving box trucks and towing/placing trailers

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Familiarity with audio, video, lighting, or staging equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and push 50+ lbs regularly

• Ability to stand, be on feet, and move throughout the day

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, hands-on production environment

• Occasional evening and weekend work
